2nd. Course (The choice of five of the following)

Vegetarian 

Yemisir we't (Red lentil sauce) Split lentils simmered in berbere, garlic, ginger and other blend of Ethiopian spices.

Ater kik alecha (split pea sauce) Mild split peas sauce prepared with red onion, ginger, garlic and turmeric. 

Gomen (collard greens) Collard greens sautéed in garlic, onion, and other spices with or without jalapeno pepper.

Shiro We't (ground peas sauce) (Imported) add $1.25
Specially seasoned ground peas cooked with Exotic blend of spices

Meat Dishes

Yesga t'ibs (beef) : Chopped lean beef marinated and cooked with onion, garlic, rosemary, and red wine.

Doro we't (tender chicken) : Hot and spice chicken stew prepared with exotic Ethiopian spices served the traditional way with hard-boiled eggs.

Yebeg alecha (mild lamb stew): Lamb stew seasoned and cooked with various spices

Asa we't (Fish stew) add $2.25
Cubes of boneless fish with spicy and hot stew prepared in exotic Ethiopian spices.

Kitfo (Ethiopian steak tartar)* add $2.95
Freshly minced extra lean beef tossed in spiced butter, mitmita (Serrano) And cardamom served raw or medium rare. Served the Traditional way.

3rd. Course (chose one of the following)

Afro plantain
Plantain, caramel and French vanilla ice-cream
